It works by recording each account you login then making that account available for use by manipulating the login info in the domain's cookie file. As long as the expiration time (selected on the login page) is still in-effect the login info is still considered valid by the server.
Login on one account you want available then log off and login on another you would like to also use. Do this as many times for as many accounts as you wish to have available then when you are ready to make a post simply select the account you would like to use for that post all from whichever account you're currently logged in on. You can set the expiration time for the logins to "forever" to always have those accounts available and never have to login on those accounts again.
